slept ; less then an hr .awoke ; by a nightmare .
scared ; to my wits .
head`s thumping badly nw..
feeling all so-dam-nausea..
&im just so afraid to sleep back..
totally dam zzzzz ..
but what to do?
im just alone . feels like craps .
